timing cover oil leak, second time

found that the timing cover is leaking again after dealer repair year and have ago, truck is out of any warranty, there talking about 20 hour labor time to reseal it again.. talking to friend that has over 30 years of Toyota teck Toyota has problem with oil leaks with factory use silicone sealer ,, I have list of very long list warranty repairs on this truck with only 61000 mile

 

Just found that I have the same issue yesterday. The shop I take it to said that I may have to fight the dealer about it but there should be some sort of warranty from the dealer. 2 yr and 25K miles?? We shall find out.

 

I just traded in a Ford for a 2020 m/t trd or and think i have this problem as well. Ive had it a little over a week and read here about ppl having this issue. Not looking forward to starting out with a Toyota this way. Its only got 26k miles on it. Taking it in this week.
