Pulled a John Deere 420 and a smaller trailer full of wet drywall and trash. (2700lb trailer, 950lb tractor, and ~500lb trash trailer ~4150lbs combined) .Could tell it was back there but nothing this RIG couldn't handle.

Also loaded up a two post lift for my boss. (2700lb trailer, 1925lb shipping weight two post lift, 4625lbs combined ) Pulled that like a champ too. This utility trailer doesn't have brakes, so it really highlighted my unadjusted 160k mile rear drums and shoes.

And after I did this I retrofitted a set of boost auto tundra tow mirrors to really make it a sick tow rig (and cut the drums and adjusted the shoes)

Black emblem overlays and tailgate insert, window vent shades, hard tri-fold tonneau cover, truck bed lighting, front accessory bed rail, truck bed tent w/ custom fit air mattress. Goals: Steps of some kind, hood scoop, black exhaust pipe tip, slightly larger wheels, upgraded headlights, fog lights, side-view mirror turn signals.
Hey there SteveTravel, how do you like the trailer (we’re thinking of getting a smaller Apex Nano) and how does the Taco do pulling it? Do you have the truck fully loaded while pulling (family, cargo) and does that exceed the GVWR?

Only two decently heavy tows I've done with my truck yet. I'm drooling over these overland trailers you guys are dragging around behind you, sweet looking setups!:fistbump:

@Noswadll, do you have any details on how you retrofitted those tow mirrors to fit your truck? That's a super clean install, from what I can see.

In your case....mmmmm, not so much. HAHAHA

I have no issues, with honesty.

    Specs: 1800lbs as pictured
    Cost: Under $30k, as pictured.

Includes 21 gallon water tank, instant hot water for shower, rooftop tent, 270 awning, shower enclosure, 24" deep galley and Dakota 100ah lithium package. (I suggest foregoing the battery package and instead utilize a portable power unit, Goal Zero, Jackery, EcoFlow, Anker, etc....)

    Torsion axle for ground clearance.

Looks like an old Boler? I had a Casitan loved how light fiberglass trailers are. I just needed more room.
