Rear door handle replacement

Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but my door handle fell off my rear driver side door. I can’t figure out a way to re attach it. I’ve looked everywhere for how to videos, but they all are for 1st and 2nd gens. I’ve taken the panel off to see if I can get in there better with no luck. Anyone have ideas?

 

Is your warranty over. Depending on date you got it cause you have 3 years or 36 months factory warranty.

Is this the inside or outside door handle?

 

It’s the outside handle. I can post pictures of what it looks like this evening. But it seems like it can only be assembled from the inside and I don’t know how to get there without doing some major work on the door.
