I know the 3rd party headlights get a bad rep which I understand and its why they are a lot cheaper than OEM. I have had decent luck so far with mine until recently my drivers will fog up a little due to the humidity after driving it. It goes away after a few hours and I was planning on resealing them at some point. I just was curious what the 2 vents were for on the back of the headlight enclosure. Do the caps need to be on there? I just thought if I could solve this issue by removing one of the caps that would be an easy fix. Thanks!

Caps or rubber keeps the water from flowing into them when driving in the rain and vents them.
Yes the aftermarkets all seem to leak at some point so use some fish tank silicon to seal the seams after you blow the moisture out of them with a hot blow dryer (remove all the bulbs and easier off the truck).
While in truck drivers side can be done remove battery and passenger remove window washer tank.
I had a set like yours and resealed then even drilled a hole in the bottom but still got moisture in so junked them.
Make sure the bulbs are turned into socket fully on turns and markers and the main bulbs have the big rubber set on tightly.
