Just wondering, does the stock OffRoad have more of a lift than my stock SR5 4x4? I realize my tires are 245/75/16 vs the off-roads 265/70/16 but when I see one on the street it just looks higher?

No difference. You might be mistaking the lack of the front cowl (aka chin strap) for a lift.
