I think Tomac will take it do to experience and fitness. I really like Chase, just think the pressure will get to him. Happy with either one, they both deserve it.

I wonder if Loretta Lynns Claiming karma is going to slap down little Degan again.

I hope not. I'm not a Deeg fan boy, but would still like to see him do good in the sport.

Supposedly they have some different settings than they had at the early round this year. I really think it could go either way. Very tough to choose. I'll say Eli just because he has the point advantage, tie breaker and experience.

I think Deegan will be fine. And it wasn't him (as in the kid) who should have the Karma coming (if that's a thing) it's the adults who bullied the kid who were wrong. So hopefully he just keeps it on 2 wheels. There is really no need to push. Stay healthy, adjust to the pace, track conditions of a pro national and get out of there healthy.

Little update to this (sorry it's not in the Motorcycle BS Thread). Got the Mojo mount today, and this thing is an absolute tank. I truly believe the wider x4 bolt pattern on top will keep the twist-prone top clamp from moving. Excited to get it installed later!

Stock / Fastway / Mojo for comparison.

Cause he trains every day, unlike RV who drinks beer now and hadn't thrown a leg over a smoker until 3 days before the race

Lol no I love it. That was a great answer.

That seemed like a cool event. I loved the YZs that RV and Brown had. Zackos Husky, those are weird bikes. I always thought that they looked kind of cool but I had ridden the 00 and 01 125 and 250 (back then they were also called 'CR'.) They just felt way slow and not as good as the Yamahas that I had of those years, back then. I wonder what all was done to Osbornes.

Going to be a exciting event.
FYI. Motos have been reduced to 25min +2 laps due to heat. I think that's BS. What do you guys think?

I think it impacts race pace, but everyone is still on the same playing field. Seems like Chase and Eli have both been able to charge to the front in the first 15min of each moto and hold it up front if they didn't hole shot.

It's been nasty hot here in socal since tuesday and doesn't mellow out until middle of next week. I'm sure cutting those 5 minutes off isn't going to make a difference for the racing experience. Those guys are going to be smoked. Maybe we won't get a dumb commercial in the middle of the race. I'm probably being too optimistic about that.

    Bummer. Chase imploded Moto 2.

Hats off to Eli on the year of a lifetime. What a way to go out on top.

Excited for tomac. Experience helped for this race. You guys called it. Sexton had a bit too much going on in his head.
    That first moto was intense.

Caps off 1 of the better Outdoor seasons that I can remember. Both guys really were on another level. Glad Eli pulled it off. What a year for him/Star/Yamaha. Now hopefully he can get a MXON win for us and defend the SX title before he calls it a career.
