i have a 2015 and am putting 22' rear leafs on. I have a 3" lift with a 2" block on rear leafs. are the new springs going to keep the ride height i currently have or will i need to reduce size of block.

As long as the truck was the same configuration as yours, short bed or long bed, then it should be about the same

The only way you would really see a difference maybe is if you're going from a 3-leaf to a 4-leaf pack. Otherwise there's not much difference in the springs themselves.
