Would like to swap the cluster in my 2017 SR per this thread

What is the best way to program the new cluster to show accurate mileage? Talking to the dealer they have said basically that they need to do the whole swap themselves to be able to program the mileage which would lock me into paying dealership service rates and parts prices. If that's the only (or by far the best) option I'll do that though.

    Cheers.

Welcome to the forum. Most states have strict rules about monitoring the mileage recorded by the odometer. Back in the good old days unscrupulous dealer’s would roll back the odometer on high mileage vehicles to increase their value. I have a state cop friend who’s job was to verify VIN numbers and actual mileage readings here in Oregon if the DMV suspected a issue.
