What's the best wheel size for the 3rd gen Tacoma that allows me to still use a full sized spare?

I saw someone upgrade to a 285/80/R17 on youtube but it was REALLY close to the exhaust so was concerned about that.

Also, any recommendation on tires? I was thinking of the K02 but there was a thread on reddit that they're not the best.

Thoughts?
