24x48 MDF, cut to 22” deep and glued 2” piece to the back so board sits level. Board attached to factory seat hinges. Stapled rubber scraper mat to the board while Loctite construction adhesive dries.

Storage covers are Hooke brand from Amazon. Keep an eye on price and you’ll catch them for 50% off occasionally.

Are there any threads on the process of removing the actual Jump seats?

Do you mean the metal section? I haven't seen anything here, but I did see a video on Youtube awhile back where somebody cut/ground them up.

Love these ideas. Till I settle on some solution, I have a 5 gallon water jerry can, tool box and snow chains back there in the footwells to make a level spot. A grey, cut to size outdoor carpet is thrown over the back. Which serves to make the entire back disappear in gloom, to thwart prying eyes.
When the new puppy is big enough to go places, I'll work on re-slobbering up my ride.

From my 2015 AC, I have seats, the center console, seat belts and the rear cab panel, all in gray.

I assume this won't work for you, since you have a 3rd gen...

I don't know if that would work or not, if it did I would do that for sure.

Did this today but kept the storage compartments. Made a ramp that fits underneath the deck with extra plywood and carpet. Pup approved. C57A451F-1CE3-4A99-ACDB-7D824DE57DE9.jpg

Thanks to TW and all the good information shared by others. I'm very happy with my energies.
In my efforts I wanted no harm to " G2G"
(Good2Go). My base frame bolts into factory bolt holes and is secure. My deck bolts to the frame via nutserts.

    JW, thanks for the like.
We all have different needs for our rear seat delete. Personally, I understand my needs and desire to build in flexibility.
My rear seat delete obviously serves it's purpose as the foundation of more to come, or the be all end all.
I am working on 2 more drawers. The modules will be removable - even stackable, and secure to the deck.

This is not a post of boast... But encouragement to all to perhaps the of the end game.
I had some scrap materials. I created one drawer out of considerations. It's a great drawer, it may get used, but I'll post the next drawers. For my needs I feel it will be the end game.

TW has been very rich in information on rear seat deletes. It really encompasses a lot. From sound deadener, to T nuts, cargo rails, Raptor of carpet.

If you embark on this project - think the end game. Make it nice or do it twice.
Two more drawers to post in the weeks ahead.
PS. I love my FrontRunner boxes. But I HATE DIGGING FOR SHIT. I refined my needs to a minimum and built drawers to accomodate those needs.

If you think about it.... Assess you gear.
I eliminated 3 FrontRunner boxes (which I love) and eliminating digging through boxes buy building drawers.

In this pic the smaller drawers repla e 3 FrontRunner boxes.

Sorry this morphed from the rear seat delete.

That's a horrible idea. What time?
Do you have a build page? I'd like to see more of what you've done. I'm going to redo mine this winter and I'm looking at different options.

Tiny... I am but a week into this site. Trying to get familiar with it. Hell, me and my Ole tablet is posting pics in triplicate. Sorry folks.

Build page. A week ago I introduced myself with - yes- pics in triplicate. Lol.
My introduction was sure to share some of what I have done and stimulate conversation.

I need to figure out how to create a build page.

Perhaps search G2G. for my initial post. Lots there bro.

Thanks,if I can help you, even philosophy abot your build. I will..
