Had to cancel my First Aid/CPR and Tactical medicine classes today since I only had 1 person sign up.

so I get to work on the truck todays. Maybe figure out how this awning attaches.

maybe go to the range and do some stuff “for me”

It's a road tech position basically going out fixing golf carts. And or picking them up on a trailer and bring them back to the shop so the mechanics can work on them. Road techs do the simple repairs. If it's need more in depth work goes to the shop. They cover all of new jersey. They supply all the colleges and ny gains and jets football teams with golf carts. Also do home service calls.

Those are so cool to look at. Wish I wasn't afraid of heights I'd totally go on one. But probably would have stroke lol

 

Beautiful morning 58° was thinknof good for a ride on the motorcycle. We shall see.

 

I have to say I'm going to miss those exterminator stories !

 

I got to say I'm not gonna miss crawling through crawl spaces. Or attics with no exhaust fan on 95° days.

 

The smoking has started for my daughters early birthday party for tomorrow

Best of luck !! It sucks we need to all go through a learning process to find what really works for a job.

 

Second set of chimney guys came after the guys left in a hurry last Friday and never completed the job. These guys did a phenomenal job. They still have to do the stacks on the roof. Had them check that out when they were done on the side. They said the stacks are no good.

 

I unfortunately have a had a bad run with the last couple jobs I have. Keeping my hopes up for this new job. They all seem really chill at the new job. Biggest perks for me is the health insurance. Haven't had health insurance since 2014.

 

For the most I liked the independence of being on my own.

The fact for the most your dealing with in house maintenance people who I always got along with for the most part.

Always going to be some in any job that are a pain.

Do you deal with both electric and engine driven carts?

 

Yes and they said sometimes in rare case they said diesel also.

Making a quick trip to Home Depot, then I plan to do the same before the rain comes. Not looking good already though. Clouds look angry to the west.
