Best things I did were the 2" 5100 Bilstein lift and upsized 265/75/16 Duratrac tires.

But like @mardis928 said, just drive it first.

I have a 2020 sr5 double cab short bed. I'd recommend the following:
Bed mat
Hood struts
Window tint to match rear windows
Glove box and console organizers
Toyota tailgate power lock kit
Toyota bed light kit.

Some things that vary by personal taste:
Neoprene seat covers or other covers
Window vent visors
Change grille or just change chrome surround for a black one.
Meso customs total tail light stage 1 mod
Good quality LED drop in bulbs or completely replace if you got the coin.
