Yes. Still shiny. The Kings have been in a few months, but haven’t driven the truck much.

The full story is, after installing the Kings and new UCA’s (this spring), I took the truck to Firestone for an alignment. FS said the alignment cams are froze. They flattened the tabs for no extra charge. After a cost study and some introspection; decided to cut off the old LCA’s and upgrade. Waited 12 weeks for the Dirt King LCA’s. No bespoke supplier (e.g., Camburg, Dirt King), had LCA’s in stock. The good news is the DK’s have arrived.

Back to the cam tabs. I thought I could bend the cam tabs back and weld/reinforce. Plan A didn’t work. Banging on the tabs only mangled them. Thought about cutting the tabs off, reshape and welding them back. Considered just running a bead for cam tabs. Nixed those ideas. Currently chasing rust and waiting on a Total Chaos cam tab kit.

I probably would have just borrowed some 1/4" keystock from work to make them.

FS tried bending mine back and running some beads as reinforcement. I went with new (rebuilt oem) LCAs since the next wheeling trip still mangled them. Fook FS. For me FS was only good for the lifetime alignments, until I ran into a tech who was a company man after I moved away from my normal FS.

At one point, i wanted aftermarket LCAs, but I have other plans at this point where that won't be necessary

Offending cam tabs are out. I think I'm just going to do the driver side. Passenger looks good. Dull drill bits are the pits.

Welcome to the gang! Uh, pro tip, make sure you’ve got radial tires on there (instead of bias ply) because the radial do much better at long distance highway speeds. I learned that the hard way.

18’x8.5’ with drive over fenders. Most car trailers are 7’ wide and I’m a smidge too wide for that, so this is technically an equipment trailer. Sells for $6k new.

I reserved two sites as soon as I was able, in order for us tacomas to be around the same area. If anyone wants site 152, I'd be more than happy to sell it to you.

    Edit: site spoken for!

I might be there for the 14th. I'm teaching on the 15th and 16th so I'll have to leave the camping and other stuff to everyone else.

Not sure how crowded the group sites going to be...I think I can take this off your hands if you still got it.

I'm coming. Still racking my brain on food tho for Saturday. Long travel time then sit and cook or reheat on site...

    Definitely need a head count

Who else from New England is heading down Friday? I'm in to caravan

My experience has been that if you are bringing food, you don't need to bring enough for everyone as there has been a lot of different options to choose from.
