Scan it for codes. Usually a wheel speed sensor or the ring that the sensor reads off of. The braking is the anti lock brakes kicking in because the vehicle thinks that it is detecting wheel slippage because it is receiving an abnormal reading from one of the wheel speed sensors.

As a workaround/test press and hold the VSC Traction Control off button for a few seconds with the vehicle stationary until the VSC and Trac Off lights turn on and you should be able to drive normally.

Did you hold the button in until both these lights came on?

That's weird that it would be trying to apply the brakes with the system disabled unless something else is going on.

Well there’s 4 of them so scan for codes to see which wheel.

There’s no light on. No codes show up. What other ways to know which one

I see in your profile you have a 3 in lift and 33 in tires, this problem didn't happen to start just after that was done did it?

You need to look at ABS/VSC data with a scan tool then and see which sensor(s) aren't reading properly.

Wouldn't explain the warning light but is the broken front diff still in the vehicle? Any chance something is binding up at the front axles?

When you say the steering felt locked it sounds like something mechanical in the drivetrain

Sounds good if I drive it long enough like over hour a light eventually comes on and off I’ll drive and scan it
