Can anyone with a slide in camper clue me in on any reinforcements I need and tie down solutions?

This sounds like a bad idea all around.
You are going to be over payload with an empty camper, no gear and no people.
You will need to upgrade the suspension for acceptable handling and still be over GVW.

I have Stainless eyelets at the rear of my sliders and Torque lift brackets at the trailer hitch:

    https://www.etrailer.com/Camper-Tie-Downs/TorkLift/TLT3307.html

Torque lift makes them for the front, but they're a PITA, get too close to the body, and cost almost as much as the sliders.

Also, go with fastgun turnbuckles if you're frequently removing the camper.

I've got sliders so that work out well for the front, did you buy bolt on tie downs for the rear? How do you feel about the payload problem mentioned above? Looks like what you have is a very similar size.

I have those rear mounts I linked above. They're great.

As far as weight, I have 110s Dobinsons leaf springs and MRA shocks, Firestone airbags w/ custom bump stops, Hammer hangers leaf spring hangers, aftermarket wider rims from Venomrex, E rated Toyo at3 tires, truck is tuned and regeared to 4:88. So, ya, it's far from stock. Front has Spindle and lower control arm tab gussets, aftermarket a-arms, 352 coils up front for the extra weight. Big brake kit is next.

The above FWC post is super helpful.

    GL!
