2009 Toyota Tacoma Access Cab v6 4wd

Hello Tacoma Peeps,

Need some help, recently bought a used 2016 SR5 Tacoma. When I received it, the Tpms light was on solid even though all tire pressure ok. Since the wheels were replaced, the seller couldn't say if the tpms was in the new wheels or if they were program. I bought some new tpms and the seller send indicated that they program it and the send me the codes. When I try registering the new tpms with techstream I am getting error (see pics). Need some ideas, I am hoping it is not a bad ecu
