Wyoming Bighorns Wheeling Trip

Looking for suggestions on wheeling in the southern Bighorns or the Black Hills?

I will be backpacking in the Lander area and want a 2-3 days worth of wheeling on the way home.
Prefer destination trails with look-outs or lakes to camp at.
Something challenging enough for a one vehicle trip. But not stupid.
Been on many of the popular trails in CO, but know next to nothing about WY.
35s, armor, mild suspension,…
Suggestions?

 

Not sure if it’s hard enough, but when I lived in Wyoming (2007-2016) the road into the Outlaw Canyon was pretty rough.

Nobody was there but me and my buddy. Beautiful view.

Also, the Red Wall Scenic Byway is wonderful. There’s an optional loop that had a much rougher road that you could divert to.
