I too use my kranzle hooked up to the faucet in the garage if it's cold out so I can run some hot water. I put the injector hose into my bottle of car wash and spray only water to get initial crud out of wheel wells, backs side of bumpers, and then the body. Using my adjustable nozzle, I foam areas, rinse, then hand wash. I applied Griot's new ceramic spray last month to the Taco after claying it. It looks great. After blowing it dry I apply the ceramic speed shine to maintain the original application.
Now when it comes to my 9 year old P car, its two bucket hand wash, blow dry, and wipe down with spray on wax. It takes longer to clean the wheels than wash the car.
However, here's what I do before I use my P car.............wait for it..........I swiffer it. I start front to back, changing pads as needed. Next I swiffer the wheels to keep brake dust to a minimum. And finally if I have the time, I will speed shine it.
My truck and wife's suv might get 1 touchless car wash in winter, and P car will never see a car wash unless it's driving by it.
    Over and out, Dan
