    Wife bought ours… front “door” is a ramp. The “roof” opens and has a prop rod.
    We took a blanket that we had been around and left on a chair we sit on. They got on it (of course they did). We used that in the house, and change out in same way occasionally. When the weather is colder, wife puts heating blanket in, or warm water bottle. The house and blanket do a lot to keep them warm though. I’ll take a picture in a bit.

    We just had siding put on the house and everything extra is still here, J channel, siding, and soffit. It’s been sitting here for a week waiting for them to come get it. They may be missing a piece or two when they come back…

    Good :rain:morning Wrenchmen, hope your holiday goes well.

    :rain::rain::rain:

    No flea market today.
    There is some irony, all summer long it had been dry as dry gets -- on the last big w-end of summer everything is rained out...

    Thought that was ironic as well; dry all late summer and then get a holiday weekend and boom, "rain". We decided to do the "cookout" yesterday as I knew that since I had something planned it would actually rain. It's kind of just a sprinkle though. I could probably pee on the lawn and make it wetter...

    I wish it would rain here. Everything is DRY. Dead and brown as far as the eye can see. All the little reservoirs have been drained for the irrigation systems. And my trees look terrible even with me watering once a week

    Yesterday it just dripped a bit, never even wet the concrete.
    It started honest to goodness raining late last night and kept at it until about 1/2 hour ago so I think this was a good one -- unless you were planning an outdoor event.

    Some of my down town lawns are mostly brown, dry and crunchy. The "grass" here at home doesn't grow much but still stays mostly green. It isn't wimpy residential grass up here, more like rural field grass that has been mowed for decades but received no pampering.

    I feel like I'm in some bubble... 25 minutes East of here a member here reported almost an inch... :annoyed:

    I got an idea to go out and do something, that'll surely make it rain! :laugh:

    From your picture it looks like the front went Northeast almost along I 81 about 25 miles north of me.

    I am concerned some idiot might start the mountain on fire.

    She came out and turned her nose up at it. Said the entry hole was too big and needs a heavy rubber flap, needs an escape hole, and it rocks back and forth a little. At this point it’s quicker and easier for me to take it apart and let her waste money on buying one. :annoyed::censored:

    They have the doggie door replacement flaps you can use. If its wobbly just put a strip of wood down

    Her parents came by as I was finishing up with disassembly. Her dad agreed with me that it’s just a house for a cat, doesn’t need to be fancy. When she said I overcomplicate things I build I figured it was best for her to take over finding the cat a place to sleep. But I also found out that Aunt Flow is visiting this week, which explains our attitude.
