Do the 3rd gens have a true temp gauge or is it essentially a dummy light with a dial?

    Steering wheel
    Modern BMWs AFAIK only use oil temp gauges. I’ve had 4 dating back to 2007 and all of them had oil temp gauges vs coolant.

    Hmmm, my 1999 328i and my 2002 530i had no such a gauge.

    You guys have a temp gauge? My 2022 Civic doesn't have one at all. I get a blue light and a red light. Blue cold. Red hot. Estuuped.
