While I obviously have a prejudiced opinion, did you consider a tune instead of adding the PC? It would fix your pedal tip-in as well as improve a whole host of other drivability issues.

If those PCs are still around $289 then about $100 more than the cost of the PC.

for my 2017 it literally saved be from selling my truck which drove and performed miserably at the time. back then in early 2017 the tunes were just getting into alphas from OV for the MTs only. once the alphas came i sold the PC and got tuned, much much better now. performance-wise i personally don't regard any of these single items complete for satisfying performance. to reach that level i had to do full custom exhaust, solid motor mounts, and a custom tune on my truck. also some mild weight reduction.

I’ll look into it. It’s crazy because I’ve only seen forums giving PC praise. May be a dumb question but did tuning help HP?

No money, all went to truck...
ooo boy. OP, I'm sorry, you are going to get ripped for doing PC and not a tune. Then this thread will become about how superior tunes are and then a debate on the best tune. Somewhere in there someone will mention how bad toyota screwed up on the factory throttle profile.

I have sprint booster. I love it, I love the adjustability of it and I love the fact that I can just unplug it. For anyone that says just press the gas more, they haven't used one. Congrats on the first mod! I'm sure you love it and if you do don't second guess it. Money well spent in my mind.

not at all a dumb question IMO. yes it absolutely did help hp and tq as well as response. but all that really took the exhaust work and motor mounts to show. the solid mounts really ramp up the tq.
