So I recently installed icon stage 4 with remote resi. The resi mounting brackets got in the way of the bottom piece of the bumper that mounted underneath the sway bar for extra reinforcement for the bumper. Now the bumper is only mounted to the front 6 studs. I have been browsing different reinforcement brackets but not too sure how I could make it work with the resi in the way and the design of the bumper. Feel free to shoot some ideas over. Thanks

Maybe I could get the C4 support brackets to work somehow? I’d really appreciate some ideas. Thanks!

@whatstcp Possibly with a bit of fab. It seems like most of the brackets need a flat surface coming off of the bumper at a 90 degree angle which my bumper currently doesn’t have

I had that same bumper with the same style resi mounts. You sandwich the support under the resi bracket

@anthony250f alright then i might need to give it another shot with another pair of hands. I was really having trouble getting it to line up and catch threads and thought with the resi mounts it wouldn’t even be worth it. PITA

I had major trouble lining up the bottom support. Actually had to majorly open up the sway bar bolt holes lol
