    I got guys quitting on me all the time. If I know it’s not a good choice I try and tell them that. If they move on and up, I wish them the best and thank them for their time. If they need something down the road, I tell them to call me.

    He's a raging alcoholic. And likes texting and calling his employees when we are off work hours. That's what drew the last straw for me. He called me 13times last night. And the office manager just quit an hour ago. Cuz he called him yelling and screaming at him at the top of his lungs. Because he's stressed that I'm leaving. So he takes it out on the office manager. Which now he screwed himself cuz the office manager makes sure they have routes in the morning. Smh this guy is running his company into the ground.
