I think the trd badges prevented any major damage :fistbump:

I can! I just have to unstrap the back wheel. When the front opens, the back wheel just rolls back.

I hooked my 7k lb dry weight camper to it today, trying to settle my leaf springs.

That ought to do it! My DCLB would be at max squish with my 4300# Travel Trailer until I put on the Hellwig Helper a couple weeks ago. What spring did you add?

it’s the Dobinson 111R leaf spring. It’s their middle spring, meant to give a LB 2.1” of lift with a constant 200-500lb if I remember correctly. I never considered moving the camper with the Tacoma (and probably won’t) but these springs would make it manageable, suspension wise.

Cool, thanks for the info. That wouldn't be a bad upgrade for me. I could bump the nose up just a bit with some Bilsteins and maintain some moderate stink bug rake for towing my rig.

Yeah. I feel like I’m spamming TW with my pics the last couple days, but here it is with no load and a 2” front lift. (Dobinsons also)

    It’s raked for sure.

    Ha ha

Yes, by next week. It was a really easy install.

I hate to admit it, but I made a full lap around the neighborhood. Usually that is my test run, lots of noise and grinding after a hard brake check.
I was like Ah, something might be wrong.

    Right.

Sounds exactly like what my dad would have said.

Looks great! If you're like me, the separation anxiety probably prevented you from getting the windows tinted sooner. :)

depending on what route you want to go , I’ve got my OEM front bumper off my 19 Pro in white with PPF on it and factory Rigids. I’m located in TN. Just throwing it out there.

Gen5s/F5s don’t have a lip or edge for these to clip into. You might be able to modify them and use some double sided tape, but they aren’t going to friction fit and stay put on their own.
To use a cap on these wheels you would have to use adhesive of some kind. These are the only ones I’ve ever seen for sale

I was really excited for them until I realized I would have to remove one cap and install another, every time I rotate tires. I do a rearward cross and keep the spare on the hoist under the bed

Yeah, I want one that doesn’t have the grill guard, that’s why I like that one. If I wanted that bar and for it to serve a purpose I’d definitely go a different route.
