Army Green thread: let’s keep it green!

6112/5160 RTX option 2. None of the bad things happened with the install so now I am paranoid. No vibrations shutters and alignment was fine.

 

Same set up as mine except an Icon AAL. No issues whatsoever as well. The Bilsteins are great off road. washboards are so much better now. Welcome to the club!!

 

Aftermarket suspension killed my alignment. After off-roading most my cam tabs are flatten out had to install brackets to hold tabs in place.

I have wanted a green Tacoma since 2015. I would have gotten a Spruce Mica but I think they stopped making them in 2014. I'm glad I was able to snag an AG before they killed green again. AG is even better than the Spruce Mica IMO. I wonder why the Greens are so short lived?

Nfab steps installed today. Im kind of "meh" on the look for now, but they work great. Not too high or low. Also, very budget friendly.

 

Pre and post suspension and wheels/tires.

 

Amazing how such a small thing, changes the whole look of the truck. Looks awesome.

 

For sure, now I need to get rid of the predator steps and install some legit sliders.

 

This looks great! What suspension lift did you go with? I'm about to pull the trigger on some Fox 2.0's. Also what size tire are you running?

 

Bilstein 6112’s set to 6/5 up front with Freedom Off-Road UCA’s. Bilstein 5160’s in the rear with an Icon Add a Leaf.

Wheels are 17” Method 316’s 0 offset with 4.75” backspacing. Tires are BFG’s TA KO 285/70/17.

Minor rubbing at full turn on the plastic to the cab side of the tire, had to take off the mud flaps. Going to do a CMC so I can avoid any off-road rubbing.

 

Yes. I have a 4-11 wife, and a 5 year old, so Predators are essential for them getting into the truck. At some point, i'll swap to sliders as well.

Hi! New here. These new shoes make my taco pop.

 

They look really far forward for some reason. The rear one almost overlaps the front door

 

The front step is just about where the predator step is. The rears are further forward. Still ok for me cuz I rarely have anyone back there.

 

Just got my Army Green Tacoma this week. Before & after with wheels and tires.

 

Specs ? Details, tire size, manufacture, etc etc

 

the rims are from the Trail Edition. Found on eBay. Tires are the Falken Wildpeak 265/75r16.
