Hopefully this is the place to ask this, I cant find anywhere else. Currently have a 2019 with a full MBRP exhaust. Well, being in NJ, it rusted out much quicker then normal. I am trading it in for a 2022. I was curious for my fellow NJ people, is it legal to put on an under bed dump exhaust? I remember WAY back in the day, NJ law was it must exit behind the rear wheels and past the body panels. Now they have changed it to just saying it must exit outside the passenger compartment. I was just curious for anyone that has had issues. I loved the MBRP exhaust sound but its alittle nuts how fast it rusts out and they're explanation is very misleading. Thanks guys

Trade it in and let the dealership deal with it. If they say something and want to give you less on your trade in, weigh the difference against putting on an aftermarket cat back exhaust which really shouldn't be more than $300-$400.

I always save everything I take off. The truck went completely back to stock, including the exhaust. Its more of I want to get the afe exhaust but it dumps under the bed, just wanted to know if anyone around here had issues.
