I really don't think I have much to change. I was surprisingly happy with everything. I'm toying with painting the outside of the Euro window because it's reflective silver material. But that will reduce its heat reflection, so I can't decide if I want to do it or not. Other than that, I was really happy.

That should say "the Euro window SHADE." I'm not wanting to paint the window!

I leave in a week for my summer of fun.

The first leg is to Denver where I will park my truck at a friend's house. From there, I will fly to the backcountry of Gates of the Arctic in the outrageously remote Brooks Range of northern Alaska. Once there, I will do two weeks of backpacking and packrafting.

Then I will fly back to Denver, pick up my truck, and then just enjoy the Rockies for the next three months.

I'm thinking about going to the Overland Expo in Loveland, CO, in August. Anyone else thinking about it.

I am SOOOOOOO ready to hit the road.

Sounds like an AWESOME trip(both of them)! I was just in the Rockies for my Summit's maiden voyage. Spent a little time there, then off to Dinosaur NM in NW Colorado/NE Utah(highly recommended), and wrapped it up with a couple days at Arches NP.

It's insane the amount of people who just want to ask questions about the camper! I think I may have actually sold one to a guy who had never seen them before:D

My first to-do when I get back home is a BedRug or something similar for the interior. My knees are killing me!'

ll probably be at Expo East again this year as it's much closer and I've been out West twice in the past 3 months already. I hear the one in Colorado is pretty nice though!

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Looking good. Can’t wait to see the vids.

Just read through your build thread. I’m an Alabama LEO too, so I completely understand what you did to earn your freedom. I’m a bit over half way there. Congratulations and enjoy!

Thanks! Hang in there! I won't tell you that it'll fly by like everyone tries to say it will...it never got around to flying by for me! But eventually it did get here!
