Whoever did this didn’t know what they were doing. You never put that much weight on. Put the rim on the balancer by itself and spin it up. Will tell you if the rim is the issue Match balance after that or, more than likely, they mounted the wheel assembly wrong.

 

Don't try beads. Fix the problem. Check tire install or get new tires and/or wheels. Something is fucky.
