One day people will wake up and say enough already. We need to keep the bad guys in prisons ,serve there full time. NO probation.
3 strikes you out! Enforce this!

FBI shows statistic’s 70% + crimes comes from repeat offenders. If someone steals from you, let them get away, there is 70% he will steal from you again & again. Common sense tells you this person needs to be removed! Then we will stop repeated criminals.

Lying, cheating & stealing, THESE ARE HABITS. Once a habit is form? Very difficult to change, over drinking, smoking, anger over little things, not saying “Thank-you” to your other half. Are bad habits!

Habits can only be change with another habit, hopefully a better one! Eat right live longer

A friend of mine recently had an employee at her restaurant caught stealing $100 from the safe. I'm not sure of all the details, but it sounded like she wanted to call the police etc and the district manager (her boss) was going to take a softer route "they're 15 and I don't want to ruin their life". My simple thought was that first of all most things get sealed at age 18 and I think petty larceny is one. Regardless, they made a choice. Choices have consequences. Maybe they won't do it to you again but they're more likely than not going to do it to someone else.

No matter the age , it is better they learn of the hard way. First time offenders are usually given a light
sentence & most times will stay off there record .
You must STOP the HABIT. If he learns he can get away easy, NOT Good. Got to break the HABIT!

Most of us know of people that are rich , well to do people , who steals because of there bad habits. No matter how much money in there wallets,. We become creatures of our habits.

in life there will always be a line, one side of the line is good side, the other side of the line is the bad side.
Once you cross to the bad side very difficult to go back to the good side!
Lying ,cheating & cheating is on the bad side.

Yup, getting an early reality check might steer some away from the further transgressions. Either way my thought process is the person who committed the offense caused this whole chain of events.

I mentioned earlier the jerk who damaged my vehicle when I was a teenager, the system basically did nothing unless he got ID'd by an officer for something else and when that happened I would get a $25 payment and then nothing for years. So he got away with destroying my property for $75. I wasn't notified of the date for the court proceedings, had I been you bet I would have been standing there screaming about it.

A story . A teacher caught a kid stealing something in class. After school the teacher made him write 100 Times on the blackboard , “ I will not steal”.
Next day in class the teacher could not find the eraser.

Our criminals know it is not right to steal. When you steal and sell , it is easy money. Tax free. It becomes a way of life for them.

WHAT EVER THEY STEAL, REALLY HAS VERY LITTLE VALUE TO THEM! Because it was not earn by true means.

A cat shield ( talon or miller ) should have been cheaper and your taco unmolested .

Easy money for the thieves. Sad when it happens to us. Low deductible or not. Still a pain-in-the-S.
File a claim, police reports, finding a repair shop, out of a truck for a day or two. Then we gotta pay our deductible. Provide parts are available.

What is it like to drive without the “cats”? Is it LOUD?

Imagine what you could have purchase for yourself, your truck or a nice steak & lobster dinner with your other half?
For my self I could use more underwear & socks, UM?

I thought about a cat shield many times, but got swayed by the “revenge damage” scenario by the thieves. I’ll put a shield on after this gets fixed up.

I drove it less than 2 miles to the gym and it is so annoyingly loud that it’s embarrassing. Check engine light came on and it’s going to the shop tomorrow morning. The worst part of all this is that I had a trip to the desert planned out for this weekend.

Hope it’s get fix and you can enjoy your Labor weekend! If they cannot find a “cat”. Just have the shop weld a temp straight pipe in. “Cats” are not muffler’s.

I remember in the older Toyota trucks you could replace the cat. Bolt in a straight pipe. Unbolt and you could reinstall the cat. That is what my friend did to his Toyota truck. (Muffler shop did the work.)
The straight pipes (Parts) were sold in a catalog. The idea was to increase the mileage.

Here's the talon installed. Including shipping, it was $6 less than my $300 deductible.
