Thanks for the bump and kind words. I'm not positive they fit 2nd gens though. If you look on DD's website, everything appears to be the same for 2nd & 3rd gens, except for the adapter harness. That's the only part of this kit that is actually vehicle specific, everything else(including the other harness) is universal.

I suppose you don't necessarily need to tie them into the tail lights, which would mean they could work in any vehicle. They're just LED pods with a 3-position switch, that happen to include an adapter to make them into a "reverse light kit."

Do you know if these will play nicely with the MESO stage 1 kit? I'd hate to have something stupid like them flashing like a turn signal or something

I don't see how that would affect anything. The main power is coming directly from the battery, the controls are plugged in ahead of the actual tail lights on the factory side of the wiring. But I can't really say for certain.

 

Yes they work with the meso total tails. I have them on my truck.

 

Do the s2’s have the flush mount bezel to install in a bumper?

 

No they don't but you can buy a flush mount kit. They also sell the bezels separately.
