When I'm driving my idle won't go back down unless I rev the engine, then It drops down real low. Does not stall.
No engine codes. I replaced the tps and tpms, but they were both carparts parts.
Any help would be much appreciated.

I didn't see any last time I checked, but I will look again tomorrow morning. Could it be the vsv? The connector is broken, but it still stays plugged in.

Clean your idle air control valve, I bet it's sticking.

    It's the throttle body.

Is the throttle plate shaft binding on it’s pivot in the throttle body housing?

That would make sense... Can I lubricate the picot point? Would I need to replace the throttle body

You will probably have to take the TB off and see how much play is in it. I would get the part number for your TB and do a web search.
