Ok so I took a closer picture. Looks like a plug and no camera in it. Is there a camera that I can purchase that goes in there? I did the trd lift and that was the pro grille that came with and was installed by Toyota

The trd lift kit grill comes with a hole/mount for the front cam for the trucks that came optioned with it. Since your truck didn't have the front cam, the lift kit also comes with a dummy camera mount to cover the hole which is what you see here.
