I noticed my engine had less oil in it than normal so i put some more in about a week ago and it's already low? There is so signs of leaks anywhere. I'm really hoping I don't have to replace gaskets and rings and stuff. Is there any reason it's doing this?

Either rings or valve stem seals typically. Might also be worth inspecting the PCV valve for proper function

You can also note i put an oil catch can in. But i see no oil in it at all and there's no oil anywhere.

Doesn't sound good. Does it smoke on startup, especially after 2-3 days sitting?

That leaves the rings. A compression check can confirm that. But check that the PCV valve is not stuck closed - may be easier to replace it, they are not much $$. I replace mine every 100K.

When you pull your old one out give it a shake. There is a little check ball that should make some noise, if it doesn't make any noise when shaking it most likely it is stuck. Also be careful when installing the new one since it is plastic on the 2tr, I broke one on my old truck by over tightening it
