    Hi All,

I smashed my cross member on a rock, made a little dent, no big deal. The hit took of some paint and scratch the meal so I am wondering how to paint this to avoid rust. This happened about 2 months ago so maybe there is some rust in there already.

Just looking for instructions on how to remediate this and which products to use (e.g., do you sand/clean the rust then paint?)

    Thanks a lot

Wire brush paint with rust preventative paint. Then spray with undercoating (FF or CRC)
