Yesterday my 2015 Tacoma ran great with no issues. Today I turned it on and with the AC on there was a loud clicking noise/significant vibration in the cab. It turns off if I turn the air off and gets much louder the more you turn the airflow up. It is so loud that on high you can't hear loud music and the whole cab is shaking back and forth. Any and all thoughts would be appreciated.

Sounds like something might be rattling/jammed in the fan blower wheel. Removing the glove box and air filter will provide a better view of the culprit.

Drop the blower motor down and see if there's any crap in it

some debris has found its way into your blower fan.
