A bumper will save your ride from an insurance claim. I glimpsed mom leading the brood, but never saw this one. This 'lil bitch did bend my custom license plate frame. She was tender and delicious.
Bumper paid for itself that day. About as dead-of-center hit as a guy could get.

Had a little four pointer in velvet try and broadside me last weekend. Saw him coming through a soybean field 200 yard out and still almost didn't get clear of him...

Those are nice wheels. A friend of mine with a 2nd gen has ones similar and they look good.

And since you asked, I clearanced my Dobinsons leaf springs where they were contacting the hanger. Supposedly Dobinson fixed this issue so I’m not sure if I just got older stock or what. I know @Supr4Lo springs have a shorter second leaf and do not have this issue.

I think you have the current revision. Seen quite a few Dobinsons that enter the shackle in the last year. My 110's are almost 2 years old and are not the new design to where I can add a leaf to up the pack to 111's. Don't know why they changed, mine are not even close to the shackle.

Ugh, and they're getting rusty :(

I put a rear bumper on today. So you need a front @rubbersidedown

Probably the most nerve racking thing is cutting body panels. I measured like 10 times. Came out good. Not real crazy about the caps under the tail lights. They look kinda goofy, I'll probably end up doing something with them down the road.

Just have to finish wiring up the license plate lights.

Speaking of rusty. I have been trying to chase down rattle in the back all summer. Only hear it with the windows down and when the rear tires go over small bumps like road cracks/ tar strips at low speed. Sounded like a heat shield or something. Turns out the bottom 2 leafs don't have any plastic pads on the ends and had worn through the paint and started getting rusty. Creating just enough friction to make the noise.
Arrrgh! Putting a little grease in there made the noise go away, so I'm sure that is it. So if anyone has suggestions for spring pads I'm open.

I think the spare is going to hang out under the bed for a while. Until the move to 35's then I'll have to figure something out. Probably end up going into the bed. I don't want a swing out on the bumper.

I took the stock bumper off as an assembly. There was lots of rattling in the bumper caps. Must be full of rocks. Maybe that's your noise lol
