It’s better to stay with it than it is to catch up…that goes for a lot in life :D

He’s a lineman for the local power company, started right out of high school. His son is third generation lineman

Oh man, all that overhead reaching and climbing will definitely keep you in shape I'd reckon.

We’re gonna use the free pine straw:anonymous: as mulch and have to build 12 8 foot long raised beds still, the fence has a chicken tunnel all around the edges so they eat all that comes up in the area. The area gets all the bee action or needs :bananadance: she has a large plan on spacing and paths for carts. I’m along for the ride

They shouldnt waterboard terrorists they should stick em in the Florida swamp with no clothes at daybreak and let the skeeters drive them slowly insane. I'm getting carried away this morning, making all kinds of racket swatting, after drenching myself in scentless deet.

Left my thermacell at the house somewheres. I'll find it before I hunt tomorrow, I'm headed home for a 1 year olds birthday party(not mine). Of course I hear turkeys all around me this am.

I use to work out in my 40’s then work got to be to much and no time. Yada yada..
Fast forward and I retired and I said fuck you to everyone and everything for 6 months cause I was just burnt out with life. So I reset and now I go to the gym between 3 and 4 times a week. The first 30 days sucked the big hairy eyeball. But, like it should, it got better… one guy at the shop would always wrestle me some and he tried it last week.
He said “Holy Crap” cause he couldn’t move me… lol
I rehabbed my rt shoulder. Snap, pop, grind anytime I did something.
Took 6 months but I’m almost equal with my lt shoulder during the workout.
My cardio is 150% better. You think your in shape working 12 hrs a day between work and chores.
Get on a treadmill and look. LOL…
I feel like I did years ago.

You gotta creep up on stuff.
I learned real early to pull the pins on the cable machines and do a warm up and then
Put the weight on it. Kept me from trying to lift what that old guy was lifting before me.
Some of them old dudes will tear you apart.

If you have to do 5 pounds, do 5 pounds. It’s getting moving… I’m glad I’m back there.
Plus, the scenery is fuckin awesome….
    You can do it.
The only person you have to impress is yourself.
Do partial motion reps if your joints hurt.

Ok, I’ll fall off the soap box now…

Good morning Shane and crew. Have a awesome weekend!

Ahh, the joys of Florida hunting. Lol. I second the thermacell recommendation. I have the clip on and one of the bigger table models for camping.

I go to make coffee this morning and notice something isn’t right. Yep, confirmed by the wife, pumpkin spice flavor. I guess Fall is officially here.

It is so amazing. My brain actually hurts from information overload the last two days. Lol

This made me chuckle. I’m going in for knee surgery in 3 weeks.

Yep, mine bought some too. She’d be better off brewing a cup of pumpkin instead of coffee.
