    Eastern Cougars are native to Pa. but the gubmint claims they were extirpated long ago. They believe that the last died in the 1930’s. There are lots of sightings and many people think they are alive and well here. There was a sighting very close to where I live. A Doctor caught one on his security camera walking on the other side of his fence. I saw the vidja and it was definitely a cougar. They took the video down and the local tv station put up still shots given to them by the Game Commission that were badly photoshopped. They took the tail off of it and put a stripe on his front inner leg and then the “experts” deemed it a bobcat. They say there’s no such thing as Pumas, but as for me and @Gritto , we believe.

    I caught this lion in my basement a few years ago.
