Looks like a KARR Alarm. Just like @caribe makaira said.
A lot of dealers pushed alarm system on buyers when you purchased a new truck. It is more of an up sell feature for the dealer than it’s worth in my opinion.

Thank you! Definitely not a chick magnet unless it’s malfunctioning. :(
    Thank you for the help!

You've had that on your ride for 2 years and just now wondering about it? Has it started to malfunction or did you think it was a factory part?

I bought a Dodge truck in 2005 and the dealer argued like hell that I had to have it. For some ridiculous amount. When I finally said its off or I'm gone - they insisted it had been disabled (no light). When I went to pick up the vehicle and sign off - this gadget was still on the dash. I then asked about the wiring in the truck - showed them the crap under the dash and again told them - no sign off til its gone. It took over an hour for their "alarm tech" to find and remove all of its various leads under the dash.......... clipped into the harness everywhere.
