A few weeks ago i returned home from a week long trip, picked up my truck the next day and noticed my A/C was no longer blowing cold air out of the middle and passenger side vents and only a little cold air was coming out of the driver side vent. I recharged the A/C, drove for a week and then it went back to warm air. I checked the compressor and magnetic clutch to see if they were running which they were, then checked the fuses and relays which were both in good shape. I've just run some UV dye through the system and found that the discharge hose was covered in the green dye.

Can anyone tell me from the picture if this can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced? And if it needs to be replaced is there anything technical i need to do other then unbolting the old one and bolting a new one on?

    Thanks

No way to fix AC lines. DO NOT USE SEALER. Must be replaced (no technical additions) and charged with the proper amount of refrigerant using a machine

    Agree with the above...

Replace line with a new unit and new o-rings.
Have the system vacuumed down and recharged with R134a.

90210-A0002 looks to be right. When I search up the other number it comes up with "packing" and no picture or description

Sorry, deleted the last post because i forgot to include the diagram...

Ok great! Would the O rings for this part be part number 81817-04010 or 90210-A0002?

    Hello.

Did you ever get around to fixing that leak? My truck recently started having the same problems. Refilled with refrigerant last year and was running my ac recently and noticed the driver side was cold and not the passenger side. Looked for leaks and that rubber hose right there is bright green. Looking for tips.

    Thank you.
