    Hi all,

Have any of you experienced an issue with damage to the fibrous insulation on the engine side of the firewall between the engine bay and cab? It's occurring on both my driver and passenger side of a 2020 Tacoma TRDOR. Not sure if it's heat or some kind of living creature getting through it....

Im not going to say that’s a rodent, but that’s 100% caused by a rodent.

Thanks @erok81 that’s what I suspected. Kind of annoying but better than something running hot and melting through it I guess…gonna spray what’s left in peppermint oil and see if that helps. Not too worried about the damage other than the flakes getting everywhere and potentially clogging the air filter…

Hopefully they don’t start snacking on the wires too.

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
Check your cabin filter. Usually they eat up the firewall insulation. To use as nesting in the cabin filter. You do not want to breath in rodent shit
