4WP customer service?

Bought some 4wp front and rear bumpers for my 3rd gen and worked out ok except their delivery (handled by PSG trucking, never deal with them)

then bought some d-ring shackles and it takes more than an hour to get on the phone and they are rude and not helpful and hang up on you. Stupid me tried 3 or 4 times and ended up cancelling the order.

has anybody else had this terrible experience with them? What’s going on with that company?

 

Could just be with your local store, the one in my area is fine.

 

Customer service just doesn't care. They can't even do simple math for a correct refund. I'll never buy from them again.

Polaris bought them (TAP) for $665million, then sold them for $50 million.

 

Never had the privilege myself, sounds like something to avoid!
