I am needing advice on the best methods for shipping the new LED headlights. I do not have any materials to do so.

If you can't handle that lol, UPS will do it for you for a small fee.

Take it to the UPS store and let them know they need to make sure they protect the tabs. They do a good job with packaging as long as you're willing to pony up the $$.
