3rd gens and 285's?

im sticking with 265s until I can afford 4.88s then jumping to 315s heh

 

how difficult is it?

Long shot but anyone tried running 285/70R17 on 17" TRD wheels with a 2" lift? 275s?

 

On an access cab 37's look just right.

 

I know this thread is old, but anyone run 285’s on stock offroad wheels in the rear? I know front will rub, but I’m doing UCA’s so I’ll be fine from what I’ve seen staying stock wheels. But in the rear would I need a spacer or will I clear the leafs?

 

I used to have 285s on the stock off-road wheels. You will be absolutely fine in the back.

 

Interesting about the KO2’s, I’m in the opposite territory with yoko geolandar MT 285/75r16’s being almost 34’s.

I’m rubbin em down though, they’ll get there eventually.
