2013 Tacoma - need help locating a circuit that’s always hot

I’m attempting to install a backup cam which needs an always hot, as well as an ACC connection (and a ground, of course). I’m looking at the cabin fuse box behind the coin box. I figured location number 2 (GUAGE 7.5A emergency flashers), or 3 (TAIL 10A parking lights - and my first choice) would work, but they don’t seem to power the cam when the ignition is off. Cam works fine when IGN is turned to ACC. Thanks in advance for any help here.

 

Power Lock (DR LCK) is always "hot".

 

That “blank” one between 3 and 4 is hot but I can’t remember if it’s just when the ignition is on or always.

Incorrect, ON when tails/parking circuit is selected.
