    Believe it or not it's not all that's fast has a boat load of torque. My other bike is way faster.

    My electric at home comes from a Rural Electric Coop. The rate has always been higher than Penelec in town, .11 vs .06, however the Coop does their best to hold the rates down and it hasn't risen too much.

    One of the nicer things about the Coop is when you call them someone answers the phone, 24 hours a day you can talk to a person if needed.

    I think every utility company in the western part of the state received a rate hike from the P.U.C. because their costs are going up and they simply pass them on to us. Now if your usage is down... I have a heat pump that functions as my heater until it hots 34 degrees, then my propane kicks in.

    We all know that gasoline prices at the pump has gone down, but that is not the end of the story. Winter is coming! There is a lot of chatter and I believe at this time - Pennsylvanians will see an increase in heating cost across the board. I am starting to pile more wood than ever before.

    I know my supplier, first energy /west penn power raised there rates , thinking 15-20%. I also had my highest bill last month. My mother in west Mifflin has duquesne light and they to raised theirs.
