    1. 255/80/17 tires
    2. A bit of solder on the right resistor to fix the temp/compass overhead display (twice)
    3. Pieces of bicycle inner tube and gorilla glue to fix the incessant squeaking from the leaf springs.

    I too was talking interior. I did the exterior upgrade harness and am wondering where to find a good set of "pleasing, useful, interior lights". Super bright LED's don't seem to be the best interior choice.
    Except, I reread my original post and agree.. did not make sense.

    I have my driver map light red and my pax white. Sourced from SuperbrightLEDs, they're bright enough to useably light up the cab with either side alone.

    Instead of using that recondition the foam seals with silicone grease. I use the Honda Shin-etsu grease and mine seal again and keep the wind noise out. It takes a couple of applications for it to really work and a hot summer day really help speed things up.

    Where do I start? The latest is this thing that plugs my dash camera into my rear view mirror so I don’t have to run a cable from the cigarette lighter outlet

    I've got some other stuff I did but the above are pretty neat things I've found here.

    If I had a choice, would go with NVD compatible blue/green lighting. They installed that on the flight decks of small boys, and they could be cranked up to max-intensity without ruining night vision. Since it was NVD compatible, it didn't bloom out NVDs like white lighting...any white lighting. It was a major upgrade to the previous white flight deck lighting.

    I have to say that I've been in your camp for years. I even towed with the stock mirrors without issue. I'd get on here and spew ad infinitum that if you need a fisheye, you're setting it wrong.

    However, I just swapped to spotter mirrors. Not out of want, but because it was the easiest way to replace some broken glass. And I have to say... I like them. :anonymous:

    Two things immediately popped out - one, they are ever so slightly more convex than the OEM mirrors, so even the big mirror sees more. Two, the fisheye really comes in handy when off-road or backing into a campsite. I still don't have much use for it in traffic, but it's a nice bonus to be able to see both rear tires when navigating an obstacle field.

    I'm a spotter convert. :anonymous::anonymous::anonymous:

    Detroit Truetrac on my prerunner has been awesome. 255/80/17. My water pressure system from @ProForce has been my absolute favorite mod. All these wouldn't have happened without this site lol
