Keep in mind that this is a pipe bender so the Dies won't work for bending tubing. Tubing is measured by the OD (outer diameter) while piping is measured by ID (inner diameter)

If you are going to go that route, go with one of the benders from harbor freight that uses a hydraulic bottle jack rather than the one you posted which requires strength.

Either way you will need to rig up some custom tubing dies.

I see electricians use those to bend small pipes I dunno if they can bend the size of tube you would need for a bumper. like the above said hit up harbor freight, might not be the best stuff but its somthing

Use one almost every day in my job good luck bending pipe for a bumper by hand. Its possible depending on the diameter and the wall thickness the biggest we bend by hand is 3/4" steel line or 1" aluminum...but you got to put some balls on it...

buying a bender and all your material, then the time it takes you to build it, you could probably be pretty close in costs...
g by some local fab shops and see what they can do it for

nvm saw in your OTHER thread you only need a few bends, so just get the shop to bend the metal... it's gona be a lot cheaper than buying a bender
