Bluetooth Music max volume still can barely hear it?

I have a 2014 tacoma with entune plus non jbl sound system that's stock. When i listen to the radio and am taking calls through Bluetooth i can normally have it at 50% max volume and the sound is great i can hear everything fine. However when i have spotify on i need too crank my phone and my stereo too near max in order to hear it. This only happens in my Tacoma i have a DD that i use bluetooth in and don't have this issue. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy s20 fe, i have tried afew settings Google has recommended but nothing resolves this. Can anyone steer my in the right direction, or am i doomed?

 

Spotify has a setting to equalize volume between tracks. I’m not sure of the exact name, but it’s under “playback”. Is it off?

 

zman, this just fixed 1/4 of my problem lol. My Spotify volume wasn't all the way up. Def still gonna do the speaker upgrade though
