    Any that has re geared their truck which route did you guy take? Buy the lockers and gears separately or buy pre assembled diffs and just swap them out and send your cores in? Just seeing what would be more cost effective. Thanks

    If available, buy pre assembled units, it'll save you a lot of money, time and headache.

    I got mine done locally as shipping killed it for me at the time. Mind you at the time I had mine down I wasn’t able to swap the diffs myself. So labour of installing the 3rds may be playing into that.
